The registration authority is the administrative approval board of the hoeshan region, represented by a legal person, and is based on general projects: construction of hydraulic machinery and components; manufacture of general equipment (other than special equipment); manufacture of specialized equipment (other than licensed professional equipment); sale of mechanical equipment; import and export of goods; import and export of technology; and import/export agents (run autonomously under a licence of law, except for projects subject to legal authorization)
