The shenzhen city health and food company limited was established in may 1994 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of shenzhen state-owned enterprise, shenzhen agricultural group company (formerly shenzhen city agricultural scientific research centre), and one of the few enterprises in the country involved in spirulina research, breeding, production and marketing.
