Triple catalyst testing project
Catalytic toxicity detection: the risk of a decline in performance is assessed by analysing whether the surface or the interior of the tri-channel catalyst accumulates substances that reduce its activity, such as lead, sulphur and phosphorus。
Temperature distribution tests: measuring the temperature distribution of the catalyst in different regions at work to ensure that it achieves the optimal working temperature for the effective transformation of the emissions。
Particle emission testing: determine the amount of particulate matter (pm) left in the tail gas after treatment by the catalyst to evaluate its effect on reducing particulate emissions。
Size measurement: check the physical dimensions of the tri-channel catalyst for compliance with manufacturing standards and installation requirements to ensure that they are properly installed in the vehicle。
Pressure loss test: the pressure of the gas flow down the catalyst is assessed to determine its possible impact on engine performance。
Oxygen storage capacity testing: analysis of oxygen storage capacity for material in catalytic units, which is essential for improving tail gas handling efficiency。
Catalyst load tests: determine the content of precious metal catalysts (e. G., thallium, platinum and thallium) in the catalyst to confirm that they meet the design requirements。
Oxidation reduction performance test: evaluate the ability of the catalyst to convert harmful gases (e. G. Co, hc, nox) into non-hazardous substances by simulated chemical reactions under tail gas conditions。
Physical appearance inspection: to observe the external conditions of the catalyst and to detect any damage, rust or distortion in order to predict potential malfunctions。
