Explore how shell resistant systems match your business needs with your lubricant life。
High quality, semi-synthetic, highly pressured (ep) gears are used in the mining of closed gear boxes, but can also be used in any large, low-speed, high-load industrial gear boxes. The use of lead-containing additives in shell mine gear has been developed. Special combinations are used for the performance characteristics of highly pressured shell ore gears, and the performance additives are much more environmentally friendly than traditional industrial very pressured wheel oils. Semi-synthetic shells contain poly alpha-olefin (pao) synthetic oil-based oil to improve performance and longer oil life. Corrosive-resistible shell gears do not contain active, ep additives, which can attack metal components such as yellow metals in certain gear boxes. Oxygen and thermal stability can withstand high heat loads while providing increased oxidative resistance is a particularly important high quality, heavy gear lubricant. Bulk-eating shell gear coals may have higher temperatures than conventional gear lubricating oils that offer no adverse effects
