Tank handling
You should be ready before you unload the hydraulic tank. In the first place, the hydraulic re-pressure road should be unpressureed, or when the pipeline attached to the tank is spun loose, the high-pressure oil in the circuit is quickly released. Hydraulic circuit decompression shall first be carried out by wringing the hand wheel or bolts at, for example, spill valves, so that the pressure oil is unloaded, then by cutting off the power or power source, and by suspending the hydraulic device。
We'll start dismantling the hydraulic tank
First, in order to prevent the bending or deformation of fine pieces, such as pistons, a balance of mats shall be applied when placed. Dismantling shall prevent damage to the top screw of the piston, to the oil screw and to the piston surface, to the inner wall of the tank, etc。
Second, dismantling shall take place in sequence. Dismantling sequences vary slightly due to differences in the structure and size of various hydraulic cylinders. In general, the two cavities of the tank shall be released and the lid shall then be removed and the pistons and pistons shall finally be removed. The use of special tools for inner card keys or rings is prohibited when removing the caps of the hydraulic tank; for french end caps, the use of bolts or squeezing is prohibited. It is important to note, however, that the seals are properly installed. For example, when setting up an o circle, do not pull it to the level of permanent deformation or roll side-by-side packaging, which could result in oil spills due to distortion. The disassembly o-shaped seals and dustproofs should be replaced in their entirety. Or, when installing y-shaped and v-shaped seals, be careful about the direction of their installation and avoid oil spills from filling. For y-shaped seals, the mouths are subject to pressured oil cavities; in addition, yx-shaped seals need to be careful to distinguish between axes or holes and not to be mislaid. The v-shaped seal is made up of a bearing ring of different shapes, a seal ring and a pressure ring, which, when pressped closely, can be sealed in a form, and shall be fitted with the opening of the sealing ring directed to the pressure oil cavity; the pressure ring shall be adjusted to the extent that it does not leak oil, and shall not be too tight to prevent excessive sealing resistance。



Sixth, screwdrivers should be used to tighten the link and the twister should meet standard requirements。
Seventh, when the piston is fitted with a piston pole, an attempt shall be made to measure whether its coaxis and the straightness on the whole length is excessive。
Eighth, the piston component shall be moved without a retardation or resistance of uneven size。
Ninth, when the hydraulic tank is installed on the mainframe, seals must be placed and secured between the entry and exit vents to prevent leakage
