Description
Iloformtmps 200 is a multifunctional metalworking fluid that can be mixed with water and is used for infusion, fine fallout and deep-spill alloy and stainless steel。
It can be used in pure oil or extended with water to form emulsions or paste。
Apply
Iloform ps 200 has excellent lubrication performance and can be used for metal deformation applications, such as deep pull, landing, fine landing, bending and metal rushing。
They can be used as pure oil for difficult applications or further extended with water to form paste or emulsions。
Iloform ps 200 is not suitable for use as emulsion for metal cutting and machine processing applications。
Strengths
• a synthetic additive formulation that does not contain any chlorinated additives and makes it more environmentally friendly。
• depth and fine landing applications can be successfully implemented at 8-15 per cent lotion concentrations。
• when mixed with 20 per cent of the water exchange oil, it can form a paste or frost, thus making it easier to use such curvatures as tubes in difficult applications。
• its formulation is generic and applies to most metal deformation applications, thus rationalizing other metal deformation products。
