Pi polyamide
English name: polyimide, abbreviations: pi. Polyamide is one of the most integrated organic high-molecular materials with a high temperature of over 400°c and a long-term temperature range - 240°c ~ 300°c, no apparent melting point, high insulation performance。
Dubon vespel is the most typical representative of the polyamide (pi) plastic series。
Vesspel-sp1 (brown): basic specifications have the highest mechanical strength and electrical properties。
Vesspel-sp21 (black): add 15% graphite to increase wear resistance and heat resistance。
Vesspel-sp211 (black): add 15% graphite and 10% ptfe, with the lowest degree of friction. Medium temperature environment is applied。
Vesspel-sp22 (black): add 40% graphite, with the smallest inflation factor and the highest worm resistance。
Vesspel-sp3 (black): add 15% mulium disulphide, which applies to friction smoothing requirements in vacuum or inert air。
Advantage:
• high maximum working temperature in air (continuing 300°c, short time ~400°c)
• extremely low temperatures, such as non-fragmentation in liquid helium at 269°c
• maintaining excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and resistance to creeping within a wide range of temperatures yes
• low-heat inflation factor, excellent size stability
• excellent resistance: oil-resistant, oil-resistant, solvent
