Gear oil
The gear oil is dominated by oil lubricants base oil or synthetic lubricants, with the addition of an important lubricant made of extremely pressure-resistant and oil-sensitive formulations. For various gear transfer devices to prevent face wear, bruises, sinters, etc., to prolong their useful life and increase the efficiency of transmission power. The gear oil shall have good grinding, load resistance and suitable viscosity. In addition, it should have good heat oxidation, bubble resistance, water separation and rust resistance. In order to prevent tooth grinding and rubbing as a result of oil membrane fractures, ultra-pressure resistant agents are often added to gear oils, with the widespread use of sulphur-phos-methyl or parathion-nitrogen additives。
