Overview of products
Pao synthetic heavy load gear lubricant hpa is a high-end gear lubricant that is based on high-quality α-olefins (paos) and re-composed with multiple efficient functional additives. The product is designed to respond to heavy loads and severe conditions of gear transfer systems, which can provide excellent lubrication protection for equipment, effectively extend the service life of gears and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, and is widely applied to heavy load gear boxes in the metallurgy, mine, engineering machinery, wind, electricity and cement industries。

(i) magnificent mucous properties
The hpa product has excellent adhesive properties based on the unique molecular structure of the pao base oil. It has a viscosity index of over 140, much higher than traditional mineral oils. In low-temperature environments, the fluids remain well liquid and can quickly reach the lubricants, effectively reduce dry friction at the time of start-up of the equipment and avoid wear and tear during the cold start-up phase; in high-temperature conditions, the viscosity of the fluids remains stable, forming sufficiently thick oil membranes to withstand heavy load shocks to the gear surface, preventing direct contact with metals resulting from the rupture of the film, and ensuring that the gear-carving system operates at a stable temperature range of -40°c to 120°c。

Hpa products add highly effective ultra-pressure resistance additives to the extreme pressure and shock load conditions common in heavy load gear gear transfer. Through special chemical reactions, a strong, grinding chemical protective film is formed on the gear surface, which withstands up to 1800 n of exposure pressure and effectively resists such forms of wear and tear as viscos, bruises, and bruises. Under normal conditions, the product can be refuelled for up to 8000-12000 hours, two to three times as much as conventional mineral oil, significantly reducing the cost of maintenance of the equipment and the time of shutdown。

The hpa products are equipped with high-efficiency preservatives and preservatives, capable of forming a dense protective membrane on the surface of the gear metal, effectively insulating contact with the surface of the metal by corrosive media such as moisture, oxygen, acid, etc., and preventing corrosive problems such as corrosion in the gear. Even during moist environments or equipment shutdowns, the gear is provided with reliable protection against rust, avoiding loss of gear accuracy and reduced useful life due to rust. Hpa products are well compatible with common rubber seals (e.
