Silicon nitrogen-based ceramic materials are of high hardness, small density, wear-resistant, heat-resistant. The scrolling body is made of nitrogen-based silicon-based ceramics. Other components still have very low friction coefficients for axle- bearing steel pairs, and are not easy to bind and glue. Therefore, it has been considered to be material for the manufacture of high-speed, precise bearings。
The use of ceramic rollers in bearings was initially designed to meet the stringent conditions of advanced gas turbines. Subsequently, various applications in other areas, such as the main axle of the machine bed, electrical motors and generators, accelerated the development of ceramic rollings。
Mixed scroll bearings with ceramic scrollers are used in many challenging applications. Areas such as railways and renewable energy industries (e. G. Wind generators) have already been used in large quantities。
Nitrous silicon ceramic roller characteristics:
Silicon nitro ceramic balls have properties that are not available in a range of metal materials, such as high pottery intensity, milly tolerance, rigidity, corrosive resistance, high temperature resistance, electro-insulation, non-magneticity and low weight, and have become the first mass of ceramic bearings。

Nitrous silicon ceramics:
High steel, high strength, high hardness。
It is extremely corrosive and can be used in strong acids and strong alkalis。
High-temperature tolerance and normal use of nitrogen-based silicon ceramic balls in environments below 1000°c。
No magnetic, insulation。
Low density (3. 24 g/cm3) and approximately 60% less than steel ball, reducing wear and noise。
Low-line inflation factor (3. 2 x 10-6/k), almost 1/4 of the bearing steel, capable of absorbing rapid temperature changes。
Self-lubrication, which can address pollution and inconvenience from lubricating media, can be used in a vacuum and at high temperatures。
Drug resistance, high mechanical strength, low heat。
Fracture resilience: 7. 0 mpa m1/2
Collapse strength: 800 mpa
Pressure resistance: 1800 mpa
Flex mode: 320gpa
Thermal: 80w/m k
