Conditions for use:
1. Altitude not exceeding 2000 m

Installation: 1. The clutch should be cleaned prior to installation
2. The axle shall be fixed at the time of installation and, if the semi-axis installation is to be maintained at level 9 of the same axis
3. The work of the clutch shall be accompanied by oil for friction chips. In high-speed and high-frequency operations, axle oils should be provided (supply is shown in the table)
4. The blender lubricant should be cleaned, otherwise its reliability in use may be affected。

1. Prior to the installation of the clutch, it is necessary to clean and remove the stain-resistant resins and miscellaneous items。
Power and control lines, with a direct flow of 24 volts (except for special orders). It is obtained from a three-phase or single-phase exchange voltage by depression and full-wave integrator (or bridge integration), which requires a sufficiently large power level for the unstable and flat wave. Half-wave power generation is not allowed。
3. The clutch may be installed on the same axis or in a semiaxis, the axis shall be fixed, no axle shall be allowed to move between the active part and the moving part, and the axis shall be installed at a degree not greater than 0. 1m。
Iv. The electromagnetic ionifiers and brakes are class b insulation with normal temperature increase of 40°c. The working temperature at the limit thermal balance does not permit overvelocity at 100°c, otherwise the coil and friction parts are vulnerable to destruction。

According to the use of the clutch, it should meet the following main requirements: smooth and smooth interlocking, with a smooth start of the vehicle, rapid break-up, ease of break-off and engine start-up; and adequate reserve capacity to transfer the engine and prevent the transmission of the motor; the movement inertia from the moving part should be as small as possible in order to reduce the impact of the switch; have a good geothermal dispersion, and in the course of a vehicle's travel, when frequent manipulation of the clutch is required, it will cause the main clutch, a relative slide from the moving part, generating friction heat, which, if not dispersed in time, will seriously affect the reliability of the place of work and the useful life; and operate lightly to reduce driver fatigue。
Vii. Wet electromagnetic ionisers shall be operated by adding lubricating oils between friction blades in a manner that is (1) decentralized to lubricating oils; (2) bathing and lubricating oils, which are about five times more immersed in oils than in the volume of the lubricators; (3) axials for oil lubrication, which shall be used in high-speed and high-frequency operations. ]
