Applicable object: all added silicon rubber products use (construction) to indicate high temperature sulfurization as a two-assembled coating for silicon rubber surface decoration. Use method
The pre-use ingredient is re-added with sulphur (150°c/1-2 hours) and the surface is to be cleaned; the paint is diluted with white oil and dilution ratio: one coating with three to four white oils; the dilution is followed by three additions of white oils, based on the principle of first-to-first-to-first-to-first-to-minus; and 3. 0 per cent catalysts are added to ats-5001 mix evenly, filtered with 200-300 filtration. Sulphuration takes 5 to 10 minutes without dust。

1. The product shall be fully modulated when it is opened and the catalyst ats-5001 shall be added after the coating has been diluted and evenly mixed。
2. Spraying must remain environmentally sound, and it is recommended that the operation be treated with no dust, with temperature at 20-30°c and humidity at 55-75%; too low temperatures lead to fluidity, reduction in adhesiveness, wetness over easy to cause membrane constrictions, and moisture is more likely to cause electrostatic dust contamination and safety hazards。
3. The product to be sprayed should preferably pass 150-200 °c/1-2 hours with a secondary sulphur addition before use, otherwise it may cause local sulfide of the paint membrane。
4. Sulphurization requires a stairwell and an incremental temperature. If baking occurs immediately after spraying and the temperature is too high, the surface is not even。
5. The coatings prepared should be exhausted within eight hours; sealed refrigeration (0-10 °c) may extend storage time。
