Vacuum ointment
I. Structure: vacuum ointment is made up mainly of main pots, water casseroles, oil casseroles, powder silos, mixing systems, cooling systems, vacuum systems, lift systems, control systems and rack platforms
Ii. Working principles: liquid raw materials are dispersed by pre-solvation in water-phase pots, oil-phase pots, and are inhaled into the main pot by vacuum-sortment systems; powder is in the powder warehouse, with air hammers on the bottom of the powder warehouse, damage to the powder wall phenomenon, and allows the residual powder in the tank to enter the main pot and ensure a ratio of the raw materials. The powder in the powder silo is inhaled from the main pot by the vacuum suction system. The large power, scratching and mixing facilities in the main pot ensure sufficient mixing of materials. High-speed equal dispersive wheels disperse the material and the powder; the main pot is also accompanied by the addition of finer elements, so that trace materials are not wasted and fully integrated. It can also add grinders to make the material more sophisticated. The heat generated during preparation can be reduced by mixing cooling water, and bubbles can be discharged through vacuum debuggering。
