
The hk32f030m series uses the ram cortex tm-m0 kernel, working frequency 32mhz, with 16k-byte flash, 448-byte eeprom and 2-kbyte sram. Hk32f030m incorporates analogue circuits: 1 12-bit 1msps adc (a total of 5-way analogue signal input channels, with differentials for input), 1 por/pdr upper/down-to-place circuit and 1 internal reference voltage (internal reference voltage is sampled by adc). Hk32f030m supports a rich power mode in which hk32f030m is automatically awakened by a low power timer inside. Hk32f030m works at temperatures ranging from -40°c to +85°c, with electric voltages from 1. 8v to 3. 6v, which meet the requirements for the application of environmental conditions in the extreme part.
