I. Use
The lk4 series master command controller is used for the exchange of electrical circuits with 50 hz volts to 380 volts and direct current volts to 220 volts, which are the control originals in automated transmission devices. The main command controller may be closed or disconnected in a certain order, either directly or through a speed-retarder connected to the operating machine, and the main command controller's contact is based on the operator's itinerary or corner. (can also be driven by auxiliary electric motors)。
The basic original of the command controller is cam and tactile assembly. The cam assembly is made of a combination of axes and roulettes. The cam disk consists of two identical semi-circles, each with ten holes and a trough at a distance of 18°. The cams have holes that can be moved around the fixed bolts at 10°30', so that the position of the tentacles to be controlled by the cam can be adjusted accordingly. The convection speed of the cam disk shall not exceed 60 turns/minutes due to the main command controller's ability to hit the arc and partial resistance of the institution。
Each roulette acts as a single circuit, and the number of roulettes corresponds to the number of circuits in the controller. When the main command controller has a larger number of circuits, two sets of cams are assembled, moving the head together with the silent head. At the same time, as required, the cam assembly of the main command controller can be rotated in combination, i. E., two cam assembly sets can be rotated at the same time, or the cam assembly of the first group and the cam assembly of the second group can be rotated in turn。

Maintenance and custody

Regular lubricant is added to the rotor's section。
The controller shall not be subject to rain or snow during transport and custody and shall be stored in a warehouse with a relative humidity of not more than 80% (equivalent to +40°c and not less than -25°c) and a relative humidity of not more than 80% (equivalent to +40°c)。
