Scar3100
Sca3100-d04 is a high-performance three-axis accelerometer component based on the 3d mems technology of the village electric field. The component integrates a high-precision micromechanical acceleration sensor with a flexible spi digital interface. The dfl shell ensures reliable operation over the life of the product. Sca3100-d04 is designed, constructed and tested to meet the high stability, reliability and quality requirements of vehicle applications.
