Prior to ignition, the main tube magnetic valve switch should be moved to the opening position, then the firing point firearms switch should be moved to the opening position, the booster windball valve should be adjusted to the appropriate position, and the sprayer gas balloon valve should be opened, and the lower pointer should be pressed until it is confirmed that the sprayer is on fire. Depending on the circumstances, the number of flares is determined, and the air valves of the jet guns are regulated to keep them in an appropriate state. The high pressure valve next to the kiln is adjusted when all the spray guns that need to be lit are ignited, so that the reading of the pressure table is around 3kpa。
Warming is done in accordance with the heating curve provided by the technicians, and the curve is pre-recorded into the temperature table, which is automatically operated when the shotguns are lit. The working state of the jet gun must be checked regularly, the gas pipeline leaks must be checked to ensure safety of production。
Three. Cooling phase:
In the course of burning, the main pipe gate plate is allowed to be adjusted, but may not be closed to prevent the kiln from becoming a closed container and explosion. When the kiln ceases, the valves in the irrigation area shall be closed individually and then the entire valves on the nozzle shall be closed。
4. The kiln phase:
Burn, cool and then pull the kiln out of the kiln, unload the burnt ceramics and prepare the next cycle of burning。
