Surface treatment: the conveyor belt is made of an oscillation ladder with a length of one-second bandwidth, which is then purified and dried with a washing agent。
Rubber coating: a layer of sulphate is applied evenly on the interface and on the surface of the sulphate film, pending volatilization of the solution to the basic drying of the film, and the sulphate film is attached to the surface of the sulphate, which is then combined for pressure and heating。
(b) pressure: when two heating plates are pressed on and down, a certain pressure is applied. When pressurized, care should be taken not to misalign the interface, the pressure should be evenly balanced, and when the heating table is increased by 15-25 minutes, the pressure should be tightened once to ensure that the interface is under sufficient pressure。
Temperature sulfurization: gradual warming of the compacted interface to 140 ~ 145 °c and, after 45 minutes of constant temperature, immediate deheating and natural cooling。
Fixing: when the interface is restored to normal temperatures, the heating table is removed and the residual and high-faced rubber is removed, and the interface surface is flat。
