Pyrethate (also known as maleic alkyl diethylene, cas no. 624-48-6) is an unsaturated organic compound of c5h6o4 in the form of an intermediate and functional aids commonly used in the chemical synthesis, material processing and esterization of mareate。
Core characteristics
They are colourless and transparent liquids with a slight ester odour, boiling point 200-204°c, flash point approximately 90°c, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether, and micro soluble in water。
Moleculars containing carbon double-keys and esters, with high chemical activity, can undergo adhesion, polymerization, hydrolysis, etc., with both solvent and reaction monomer properties。
Pureness is usually 99 per cent, divided into industrial and reagent stages by use, chemically stable, not easily decomposition at normal temperatures, and sealing of tides when stored。
Main application scene
Chemical synthesis: the synthesis of fine chemicals used as intermediates for pesticides, pharmaceuticals, dyes, etc., is a key raw material for the preparation of insecticides and antibacterials。
Material area: convergence and plasticizers for coatings, adhesives and plasticizers to enhance product strength and resilience; also as a polymer for high molecular polymers to modify resin performance。
Other uses: to dissolve selected organic compounds as industrial solvents; to improve oil use performance as feedstock for synthetic lubricant additives。
Key concerns
For some irritation, skin or mucous membrane contact may cause discomfort, with protective gloves, masks and goggles。
Storage needs to be sealed in a cooler ventilator, far from sources of fire, high temperature and strong oxidants, to prevent combustion or polymer deterioration; and to avoid mixing with strong acid alkaline to prevent hydrolysis。
