Rainbrush power distribution system
Product summary:
Wiper allows you to measure the power distribution on glass by swipes in a variety of settings. The system can be used for research and development of products such as rainbrushes, scratches, etc., to achieve better results. The wiper system includes usb data stressors, operating software, balance/correction devices (model#pb5d) and tekscan patented thin (0. 004in/0. 1mm) bent sensor meters that measure dynamic pressure distribution during travel, and the results depend on different conditions such as vehicle speed, wind speed, and the location of rain brushing。

Designing a rainbrush that is truly effective in cleaning glass is not easy, and there are many limitations, such as different lengths of rainbrushing, hardness, uneven pressure, radians of glass bending, complex mechanically driven structures, and different conditions of wind pressure, which create challenging problems in material selection and power design. Wiper systems are able to measure the distribution of pressure across the rainbrush, and provide you with important insight into how to improve design and overcome these complex problems。
