Overview
This equipment applies to performance tests of electro-inflation valves and electromagnetic valves that are compatible and four-circular. Electronic expansion valves can be subjected to standard flow tests for valves, pulse tests for open valves, maximum action differential tests, reverse valve differentials and leakage tests. Emps can be tested for flow, internal leakage, corresponding time and maximum operating pressure. Four valves can be tested for flow characteristics, maximum action pressure differential and internal leakage. Full-way plc monitoring, custom-made pulse drives are tested for open valves, and pulse numbers and frequencies can be defined on demand and responsive. Gas flow gauges are used to detect air flows, valve discharges and open valve pulses at the various openings of electro-inflating valves. Corresponding flow conditions under various pulse opening valves can be effectively detected. Of these, air pressure, leaks, pulse parameters, detection time and alarms at upper and lower flow values can be adjusted. The whole machine test is scientifically sound and simple.
