Posifa designed the pmf 5000 series air quality flow sensor for portable medical equipment. The sensor is fast enough to measure the flow of pulsed gases. Small sensor size
Very suitable for space-limited applications. Push-in fast plugs to facilitate quick assembly. Existing products can customize the direction of the air flow (positive or reverse) as required by the customer。
The pmf 5000 series uses the latest third generation of thermal flow sensor chips of bosfatech and is manufactured using microprocessing techniques. The sensor chip uses a pair of thermoelectric dolls to detect changes in temperature gradients due to mass flow, with a noise ratio and repetitivity. The “solid” insulation structure on the sensor chip removes the surface cavity or fragile film used in the traditional product, so that the sensor chip is durable, avoids congestion and resists pressure shocks。
The pmf5000 series contains pmf5000v, which provides simulation output, and pmf5000d, which provides i2c digital output。
The pmf 5000 series is used extensively in united states medical equipment approved by fda and certified by ce。
