Testing project:
Appearance quality testing: checks for cracks, gas holes, residues, etc. On the surface of gas cylinders, as well as for balance and completeness of plating。
Size accuracy measurements: measure the inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness, etc. Of the gas cylinders to ensure they meet the design requirements。
Hardness detection: the hardness values of the cylinders are tested through hardness testing instruments to assess their resistance and useful life。
Gold phase analysis: observation and analysis of micro-organism of gas cylinders, including graphite morphology, matrix tissue, rigid equivalence, to assess their mass and performance。
Leak detection: test for leaks in gas cylinders to ensure good sealing performance through, for example, pressure tests or hydraulic tests。
Hear resistance tests: simulation of actual working conditions, grind resistance tests of gas cylinders to assess their useful life。
