1. Orders:

1 quantity of orders: product start-up order is 50 items per paragraph; depending on the circumstances。

2 order samples: if a product needs to be sampled, a sample fee of $100 to $1,000 is charged depending on the material circumstances, with a sample period of 1 to 7 days, and the cost of the sample is refunded or paid for, depending on the production of the workshop and client time

3 product styles: changes to products or modifications to design require additional fees for modeling and processing. Product materials, colours may be changed as required by the client。

4 official orders: the parties confirm the form, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (the product can print or order different materials, such as metals) and the time of delivery, and conclude business contracts for equal cooperation between them
2. Production:In the production process, please inform us as soon as possible if you have a special request, and if we have problems in production that need to be identified, we will contact you in time to discuss solutions
3. Duration:Our normal delivery period is between 5 and 30 days and requires urgent or special consultations. The mode of transport is organized on the basis of customer requirements。

4. Payments:Within 24 hours of the date of the contract, the customer must pay 30 per cent of the total amount of the goods in advance and the rest of the goods must be paid in full before shipment; the means of payment may be made by the major banks or by paying for the transfer of the treasure

5. After-sale services:We will assume full responsibility for, inter alia, quality and time for customer resolution; we will not assume responsibility for the damage caused to goods during long-distance transport and for delays due to time or natural irresistibility during transport。

6. Other outstanding matters are subject to mutual agreement, as appropriate。
