The ministry of construction's housing special maintenance fund management scheme, which is to be implemented on 1 february, provides that the maintenance funds to be deposited by citizens when buying housing in the future will no longer be calculated in proportion to the cost of housing, but will be deposited in proportion to the construction price per square metre.
