Intellectual property rights
In english, the term “intellectual property” and in german, “gestiges eigentum” are intended to mean “ownership of knowledge (property)” or “ownership of wisdom (property)”, also known as the right to intellectual fruits. In our taiwan region, it is called the right to intellectual property. According to our general principles of civil law, intellectual property is a civil right, based on creative intellectual achievements and the legal title of rights arising from commercial and industrial markings.
