Periodic inspections: for cooling towers, regular inspections and repairs are required; cooling towers are mainly equipped with cooling tower jets, cooling tower rotary-laying waterers and cooling tower fillings; especially round cooling towers with rotary waterers, which can affect the rotation of hoses if they are of poor cycling quality and can be used under long-term load conditions, can directly damage the boilers; cooling towers, which are dominated by a spray system, are better inspected regularly every month for cooling tower jets, and can cause damage to cooling tower jets and cooling tower fillings if the circulation pressure is too high or the water quality is too dirty。
3 daily maintenance: every month we perform routine maintenance of the cooling tower power plant, complete electrical, wind engine inspections, timely cleaning of dust and lubricating oil protection, replacement of gear oil for 5 to 10 months in the cooling towers with speed-reducing machines, regular monthly inspections of oil leaks, fuel shortages in the speed-reducing machines, monthly inspections of belt-reducing machines to ensure that belts are not loosed, released, run-off, etc., and to record data。
After ten days of continuous operation of the new tower, check whether the bolts of the components are loose and whether the cooling tower base and the foot are separated。
After three months of operation, the cooling towers with gear-reducing machines will be replaced once with gear oil, and the cooling towers with belt-reducing machines will be replaced once with belts; replaced gear oil will be painted on the cooling tower winder。
6. It would be preferable to perform a major maintenance of the cooling tower before it is operational every year, primarily to check whether the cooling tower fillings are blocked and whether the cooling towers are damaged or not, depending on the circumstances of the inspection。
