In 2024, the social satisfaction score for intellectual property protection in china increased to 82. 36 points, and innovation was high。
In the area of institution-building, the legal and regulatory framework for intellectual property rights continues to be firmly established, with approximately 20 laws and regulations on intellectual property rights being amended throughout the year, 2 legal interpretations being prepared, more than 20 normative documents and policy documents on intellectual property protection being issued and 11 local regulations being issued。
The efficiency and quality of ipr reviews has continued to improve with regard to approval of registrations, with the end of 2024
With regard to the construction of culture, the matrix of cultural dissemination of intellectual property rights has been continuously expanded to demonstrate the effectiveness of the protection of intellectual property rights in china in all its aspects by organizing large-scale events such as the national intellectual property awareness week, holding press conferences on multiple occasions, making full use of platforms for cooperation in external exchanges, issuing intellectual property reports and typical cases, and enhancing educational training。
In the area of international cooperation, in-depth participation in global intellectual property governance, the organization of the international association for the protection of intellectual property rights (aippi) world intellectual property congress 2024; the organization of the third high-level meeting on intellectual property “away the way”, continued to deepen exchanges with international organizations such as the world intellectual property organization and with national and regional intellectual property institutions, and continued to strengthen judicial cooperation and joint enforcement with relevant countries (regions)。
