Step 2: submission of a request for exchange of goods

Step 5: commodity inspection and re-shipment

Step six: confirmation of receipt

Attention
Users are required to apply for an exchange within seven days of the date of receipt of the goods; if the goods are to be returned or re-replaced, reference is to be made to the post-sale rules in kyoto; the goods are usually new, subject to actual inspection results。
