Competition response platform
The competition's response was based on the “system security” emergency management education platform, which included more than 3,600 topics in 24 clusters, such as laws and regulations, current politics, early resistance, seismic geological disasters, high temperature, freezing, limited space and dangerous chemicals, and set up exercises, single-person responses, two-person responses, four-person response models, which increased the “one-to-one” response model for business practitioners of security culture models at the provincial level and above; the addition of a list of sub-lists for the participation of business models for security culture at the provincial level and above; and the addition of a list of sub-lists for the participation of the members of the provincial security council in the intellectual competition。
Main contents of competition topics
(i) the 20 main thrusts of the party, the important statements by general secretary xi on emergency management, safe production, disaster prevention and response, and the deployment of relevant decisions by the party's central, state and provincial governments。
(ii) the law of the people's republic of china on safe production, the regulation on the safety management of limited space operations in hebei province, the regulation on emergency shelter management in hebei province, the incentive scheme for reporting safe production in hebei province (preliminary) and the regulation on the transfer of risk avoiding personnel in hebei province, the regulation on safe production in hebei province, and other priority elements such as the construction of a “two-controlled” mechanism。
(iii) disaster preparedness against drought, forest grassland fire, seismic geological disasters, high temperatures, freezing, transportation, construction, civilian explosion, limited space, ammonia-related refrigeration, coal mines, non-metal mines, oil and gas, hazardous chemicals, fireworks, metallurgy, mechanical, etc., safety knowledge of self-help and emergency avoidance。
