In the area of credit information, the circular states that credit information is to be consolidated in accordance with the law; credit information is to be consolidated in the field of intellectual property; codes of credit information are to be established in the field of local intellectual property rights; credit commitments are to be addressed through the establishment of a sound credit commitment system; post-commitment regulation is to be strengthened; and, in the area of taxonomy regulation, the classification of intellectual property is to be promoted; a system of indicators of credit evaluation is to be developed that is consistent with local practice; credit evaluation is to be carried out in the area of credit restraint incentives is to be implemented in accordance with the law; cross-sectoral, cross-cutting mechanisms are to be set up for joint sanctions for credit failures are to be developed; the recurring issues of serious breach of trust are to be addressed in the field of intellectual property rights; the issue is to be placed on the list of serious breach of trust, in accordance with the law, in order to strengthen the regulation of credit violations, such as intentional infringement of intellectual property; and the issue is to be included in the list of serious breach, in accordance with the law。
