Inadequate response to complaints and reports from citizens, legal persons and other organizations regarding internet news and information services
For undue gain through the extraction, publication, reproduction, deletion of information
Serious violation of the requirements for registration, use and management of internet user account names
The lack of timely disposal of information on violations is serious
The lack of timely implementation of regulatory measures is serious
Inadequate and non-existent content management and network security systems

Interviews are not a substitute for fines
The director-general of the information services management directorate of the national network office highlighted, in particular, that the conduct of interviews was not inconsistent with the punishment imposed under the law, was not an alternative to the punishment imposed by the interview and was no longer punished after the interview; and that the interview could also avoid a simple one-off punishment。
If the internet news and information service fails to comply with the requirements, or if, following a comprehensive assessment, it fails to comply with the requirements, it is required to impose penalties in accordance with the relevant provisions, such as warnings, fines, suspension orders, revocation of permits, etc., and, in cases where multiple interviews continue to be conducted, severe penalties are imposed in accordance with the law。
