Recently, the ningxia intellectual property authority published the implementation programme for the administrative protection of intellectual property 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the implementation programme) to arrange the deployment of administrative protection of intellectual property throughout the region。
The implementation programme identified 15 priorities. One is to strengthen the implementation of laws and regulations to ensure that they take root. The second is to build a better protection system and improve the effectiveness of intellectual property protection. Ten is to enhance the protection of intellectual property rights (iprs) and to safeguard the legitimate interests of foreign enterprises. Eleven is to deepen rapid synergistic protection and enhance the quality of synergistic protection. The twelfth is to strengthen cross-sectoral and cross-regional collaboration and to build a comprehensive intellectual property protection network. Thirteen are to promote the resolution of disputes and to ensure the efficient functioning of dispute resolution mechanisms. Fourteen are aimed at strengthening professional guidance in law enforcement and upgrading the professionalization of law enforcement.
