In order to further strengthen the capacity of the village clerical parties to work, to regularize the village party work processes, to consolidate the foundation of the grass-roots party-building work, and to effectively play the role of the village clerical “bridge link” in the building of village party organizations, recent days have seen the organization of a special training in party knowledge and participation in the training of all village clerical staff。
The training was tailored to the practical needs of the village party and was based on the principles of “practical, practical and comprehensible”, focusing on the focus and difficulty of everyday work of the village instruments and tailoring their content. In the course of the training, village writings are carefully listened to, documented and actively communicated, questions are asked on the basis of the confusion and difficulties encountered in the course of their work, the instructors are patient and carefully answered, and there is a strong atmosphere of on-site learning. It was stated that the training was practical and targeted and effectively addressed the “roadblockers” encountered in their normal work, which not only enhanced their party knowledge and operational capabilities but also clarified the direction and focus of their work。
