On 28 june, the people's government and the people's government of the city of zhuangang, which is located in the city's most prosperous city, anhui province, signed a cooperation agreement with the university of agriculture of anhui on the development of a project for the integration of new varieties of processed cabbage and green efficient cultivation techniques。
Diang has a long history of cuisine, and its production skills are included in the sixth edition of anhui province's list of intangible cultural heritage. In 2022, 49 production enterprises and workshops were registered throughout the town, employing more than 800 workers, producing more than 1,500 tons and selling more than 40 million yuan. Small and famous brands such as old hicks and gamble have been derived, and the production has increased from a single paste to more than 10 varieties, accounting for 70 per cent of the market and far away。
In order to achieve the objectives of assessment of the quality of processed cabbage, the selection of new varieties and the integration of efficient planting techniques, the people's government of the town of dhi kong has been cooperating with the anhui university of agriculture in the study of the production of dai kong cuisine materials. Project collaborations include: the collection of processed cabbage resources, the establishment of the first special processing and non-conforming cabbage resource, the selection of new varieties of processed cabbage, the study of green efficient production techniques for the anniversary of integrated facilities and green efficient production technologies for field cabbage, joint declaration projects, etc。
The project has created a platform for learning exchanges and technical cooperation between universities and producers and growers, established a face-to-face interface between technology and production, promoted the integration of tri-industry “thai hong kong qui” and is a concrete initiative of the anhui agricultural university and the people's government of dhiang town in the spirit of central document 1 to implement the “rural renewal” strategy.
