Therefore, at the beginning of the repairs, the spare parts were completely cleaned and all refrigerated oils replaced. The manufacturer of the cooling tower motor indicated that the maintenance staff had unloaded the refrigerated oil from the warp shafts and used carbon tetrachloride or gasoline to clean the rotor cores, machine parts and warp shafts. After cleaning, apply refrigerated oil to the surface of these parts to prevent their rust, as rustproof powder can easily block dry filters and affect their useful life。
Cleaning of stationary iron cores: after removing the circuit, the manufacturer of the cooling tower power plant indicated that carbon tetrachloride or gasoline should be used to clean the stationary cores carefully. After washing, you need to wipe and dry. Otherwise, the iron will remain. Acidic refrigerated oils on iron cores can also cause some corrosion to the new wires installed on the steel core. In addition, once the coil is exposed to oily substances, the effect of impregnated insulation varnishes will be unsatisfactory, resulting in maintenance failure。
