Iii. Whether or not the facts cited as evaluative are accurate varies in depth。
In the reports, evaluative facts are often cited to substantiate journalists ' views. The evaluative facts refer to the fact that the current status and trends of the events are valued and are intertwined with the views of journalists. The journalist's views derive from the content of the report, which may be included in the subject's own context, or may be summarized by the journalist through his observations of the subject. The inclusion of evaluative facts in journalists ' views serves as an outline for a story。
There is also the question of how to express the evaluative facts and views in order to be more realistic. This refers mainly to the presentation of factual examples. Any point of view needs to be based on facts, which are not convincing. Any observations made in the report should be accompanied by facts. Such an example would not only be true, but would also deepen the credibility of the news, if the facts were accurate。
