Have you ever used ai:
Opens a dialogue box and knocks on " help me write a year-end summary " , copying, pasting, crossing。
And then i wondered -- didn't i say that ai could do 10 times more
It's not about it, you。
You use it as a search engine, and it gives you the level you know。
You take it as an intern, and you give it to the intern。
The eight locks that follow are something i've stepped on and wasted countless calculus. Open it one by one, and you'll find -- it's not saving time for you, it's saving people for you。
The first lock: the answer is not the answer, but the decision
Most people ask ai the way: "how do we make short videos?"
Can you use the stuff out of this problem? Can't. Because ai doesn't know who you are, what you have, what you're afraid of。
The correct question is to give it the coordinates:
“i'm a shivering account for home cleaning. I've got 12,000 fans, an average of 3,000 on the video. I'm the only team with no budget. My advantage is to be able to explain the cleanliness. Please diagnose me: what is the most likely problem? There are three lines of probability, each with a specific selection that can be taken this week.”
Do you see the difference
The latter is not an answer, but a recommendation for decision-making based on their own conditions。
The way of the heart is just one thing: if you don't draw a map for ai, it can only go in circles. You give it boundaries and terrain, it gives you directions。
Second lock: networking is not a search of information, it is “evidence”

A lot of people are searching online, so they can check the news and find data. Great stuff。
The real value of networking is to keep every judgment of your employer/client on your feet。
Let's say you're gonna convince the team to do the little red book, not to say "i think," and let ai find you proof:
“please search for at least five publicly available references to the official policy changes in the red book's 2024-2025 support for the flow of `so-man'. Unconfirmable writing `to be verified', do not speculate.”
Five minutes later, you have in your hand a “chain of evidence” with provenance。
You're not “talking”, you're playing facts。
This difference determines whether what you say is “reasonable” or “weight”。
The third lock: throw the file in, don't let it "see" and "review" it
Uploading the document and saying “help me sum it up” would be tantamount to giving the job to a clerk who can read the contract。
Try this triad:
“i have uploaded the file. Please do:
1. One sentence to clarify what this material is about
2. Remove all the money, time, breach of duty, form and place
3. Point out three places that are "hard but not supported by data"
Only the list, do not expand.”
A 30-page cooperation agreement, read out in 10 minutes, and the risk point floats itself。
It's not lazy. This is to shift your energy from “problems to judgment”。
People do what people do and ai does what people don't want to do。
Fourth lock: don't teach ai to do something, give it "acceptance standards."

Many people use the r1 deep thinking mode to come up and say, "what's the first step, what's the second step?"。
The more you teach, the more useless it is。
The r1 chain of reasoning is itself strong, and what you should give is not a step, but a target, boundary and delivery specification。
For example:
“background: underline bakery studio, which receives $80,000 for the monthly camp, has limited capacity to expand the line. Target: 30 per cent of online income within three months. Constraints: no new recruits, no paid flows, no price moves. Output: a proposal for the most desirable line of products, and three actions that can be landed in the first week, each with an indication of the expected time
It'll give you brain quality。
You make it a typewriter, it gives you paper。
Fifth lock: let ai judge himself
It's the easiest and most critical lock to skip。
What's the worst about ai? It's not bullshit. It's a serious bullshit。
You got a good answer. It worked. As a result, the data are made up, the logic is crooked and the conclusions follow the lead。
How
"in your analysis, which of the two conclusions do you really have? If those two were reversed, would the whole proposal stand? What more do i need to add to the information to make them final?"
This question suggests that ai will proactively reveal the weakest link in the chain of reasoning。
This is tantamount to a free quality gate for decision-making。
When you're done, you'll develop muscle memory -- ai's stuff, torture, then use it。
Number six: talking too long is poison, not welfare

The fact that deepseek has hundreds of thousands of words in its context doesn't mean you should keep talking to it。
When you talk about more than 10 rounds, it starts to play by itself: you ask only a, and it gives you a plus b plus c and recommends d。
It's not intentional, it's binding slowly diluted。
Solving: crucifying the rules at the beginning and reiterating them at regular intervals。
For example, the first sentence locks each mission:
“article 3 of the iron law: 1. The lack of information `to be supplemented' is based on the answers to the data i have provided only; 2. The amount is defaulted on the exchange rate of the request for conversion in foreign currency; 3. The uncertainty is straightforward and is not allowed.”
Every seven or eight rounds, repeat this。
It's like driving on the wheel, and ai needs regular calibration。
Seventh lock: don't let it write, let it fix
Many have asked ai to write, write programs, and write scripts. Something comes out of it that tastes like al: it's round, it's loose。
The real efficient way to use it is to write a copy of it and then change it。
"i've written a product book. Do three things:
1. Delete all transitional sentences and leave only one message point for each sentence
Add a specific number or scene details to allow readers to `see'
There's only one sentence left at the end
The full text of the change is attached, together with a separate explanation of which changes were made and why.”
Al's changed script, the bottom is yours, the taste is right, the density is professional。
This is human collaboration, not outsourcing。
The eighth lock: from "question it" to "let it run."
Last lock, a lot of people never open。
You're used to asking ai in the dialogue box, but its real value is embedded in your workflow。
You don't have to write code. All you need to know is "ai can do this," and then..
:: integration of industry information every morning, allowing it to capture and focus automatically
• negative feedback from users ' evaluations, allowing them to be automatically classified and statistically high frequency terms
:: translating the audio of the meeting to automatically extract the to-do, the subject-holder and the cut-off date
From “i ask it to answer” to “i define outputs, which are delivered automatically”。
That's when you realized that you used not ai, but a faster search box。
Eight locks are over。
You'll find that none of them teach you how to write a hint。
What is your relationship with ai
You use it as a tool, it gives you a tool-level output。
You look at it like it's an outside brain, and it helps you out with 80% of your manual work。
You take it as part of the system, it's your own team。
Deepseek is weak and does not depend on its model being updated to generations。
