When the sound was played over a decade ago, a music fax x-pre front stage was taken, and, speaking of the x series of music faxes, the friends who played the sound should have been impressed. There were a number of products in this series, including the x10-d tube buffer, the x-pre front stage, the x-dac decodator, the x-tone tuner, the x-cans headsphone amplifier, the x-a50, and so on, because it was a rectangular form。
I've heard about this x-pre duct in the front stage, and i've been idle for years, and i've recently flipped out, and i've found a problem。
First of all, power damage, which is very simple, it's a 12v transformer, and there's no current filter, yes, you're right, there's no current filter, there's no current filter, there's an internal transformer, and 12v exchanges are exported to the front level. All the power links were broken and the shell was deformed as a result of several falls, so the configuration needed to be re-engineered. And because x-pre did not design power switches, it was intended to add a wireless control to the power that could be connected to the rice app, so that i could control it on the phone or through the "peer-in-law" system。
Second, x-pre has a sound-source transition problem, and x-pre has four-way input and four-way output, and the input switch will have a murmur, sometimes without a sound, and, in addition, a murmur when the volume level is rotated。
Power component readiness
This is the power that was removed from the shell, was it particularly simplistic when i first saw the structure inside it。
I used 3d printers to make a shell, a model file, a power box that was downloaded directly from makerworld, a model that was originally written by a 5v 4a power source, size 134x74x50mm. I measured it, perfect for my needs, and then downloaded it, and printed the material was petg, because the power source had some heat during the long run, and pla was worried about the risk of deformation。
But here i did a little bit of a change based on the original model, adding a 7 mm small hole to the top sheet to install the led light, adding a 7mm small hole to the right and right sides for the 220v power line and an 11mm small hole to install a 5521 slot for the 12v power output, in addition to this model, which was designed by the original author with a slight error, and i also modified it。
So what's going to come up with is this kind of shell, and the interior size is perfect for my power。
Power is connected to the rice app, using a mesh vibrator smart breaker, which is wirelessly connected through the rice bluetooth gateway。

The wd40 test did not appear to have significantly improved, so it would have to be replaced by a single switch of the same type。

And look at the pcb design, to be honest, it's very simple, very simple, single-faced pcb, and it doesn't match this front price。
All electronic components are the most common industrial items, with no audio specials, no j-grades, no sound-playing hair burner without the least impressive china and the most common electrolytic capacitors.
