Today, we are gathered here to participate in and witness the official formation of the county's extra-party intellectuals association, which has been long awaited by a wide range of outside intellectuals across the county! The formation of the sorority of intellectuals has made it possible for extra-party intellectuals to better realize their ideals and talents, and has created new platforms for extra-party intellectuals to promote communication, friendship and common learning. It marks an additional channel of political participation and participation for the intellectuals outside my county, as well as a new home from which you will meet, join and know. I am honoured and proud to have been elected president of this intellectual sorority at the recently concluded first congress of the alliance of extra-party intellectuals! On behalf of the permanent councillors, the councillors and the members' representatives, i would like to express my gratitude to the leaders at all levels who have always valued and cared about the outside intellectuals of the wider party! As president of the first union, i am deeply responsible. I will take over the leadership of the party in an effort to make sure that the association works in return for the commitment of the leaders at all levels, to raise awareness of the service, to do more for outside intellectuals, to thank the members and delegates for the trust that they have placed in me, and to make the association a home for outside intellectuals. With regard to the work of the current council, the county headquarters has already been well advised, and here, on behalf of the entire membership of the current alliance, i would like to state my position first and foremost, that we are working on the following three aspects of our future work:
