Bringing together multi-pronged efforts to improve the coordination and protection of the closed ring system
In order to overcome sectoral barriers and the fragmentation of intellectual property rights, the municipal market supervisory authority, the municipal public security bureau, the municipal agricultural and rural directorate and key enterprises in the bailiwick have been invited to hold joint meetings on intellectual property protection and to establish a platform for long-lasting communication and collaboration between government and legal firms. A comprehensive study of potential legal risks and governance gaps in the industry was conducted by compiling information on the protection of intellectual property rights worldwide, combing corporate common rights challenges, and analysing and communicating typical cases of abuse. Cross-sectoral information barriers, sharing of administrative enforcement, judicial cases and industry regulatory data, fine-tuning of lines of authority, collaborative processes and hard work, bringing together multiple protection forces such as administrative regulation, administrative enforcement, industry management, prosecutorial justice and legal services to protect corporate compliance with the rule of law。
On this basis, the public prosecutor's office of the city of tumen has been deepening the effectiveness of the public prosecutor's office, the political and business associations, the fine-tuning of the referral of cases, joint screening, joint legalization and referral of leads, the innovative “four-instance” working model, which combines technical verification, expert think-tank advice, specialized case studies and a process-reform mechanism for corporate compliance, creating a new system of joint protection of intellectual property rights, which is complementary, efficient and closely controlled, effectively attacking the persistent problems of intellectual property rights protection, accountability for violations, and governance at the source, and promoting the advancement of intellectual property rights governance from case-by-case processing to global coordination。
