Focus on specialty industries

With regard to the construction of an intellectual property rights operating system, mongolia has built up over 50 patent-based industrial operations centres around key industries such as new energy sources, storage, rare earth, grass and dairy industries. The intellectual property directorate of the inner mongolia autonomous region, the public security office, the judicial office, the higher people's court and the people's procuratorate have issued five working regulations to strengthen the interface between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice; the autonomous region has signed six cooperation agreements on the administrative protection of intellectual property with the five provinces of north china, the three provinces of north-east china and along the yellow river province, which have created a strong synergy between administrative and judicial protection。
The 15th five-year plan for the national economic and social development of the autonomous region of inner mongolia clearly states that during the “fifty-five” period, mongolia will strengthen the creation, protection and application of intellectual property rights.
