In order to further the implementation of the general concept of national security, to promote awareness of the law and the protection of the rights and interests of the inhabitants of the community, the minister of justice of the lake judicial district of yamayama made it an opportunity, on 15 april, to conduct a general awareness-raising campaign in the community on the topic of “law and order to protect the interests of citizens”。

The site was set up at a “zero distance” common-law position through the establishment of a legal services advisory desk, the distribution of brochures, and on-site questioning. At the site of the event, the staff of the judicial institute conducted a precision generalization of the law to the passing public around the two cores of the constitution and the civil code of the people's republic of china。

The first is to focus on the very essence of the constitution and to entrench national security as an “ideological defence”. The core elements of the constitution concerning the system of state, the fundamental rights and duties of citizens were read by staff members to the population. It is emphasized that the constitution is the fundamental law of the state and that the preservation of constitutional authority is the sacred duty of every citizen. In connection with the theme “4/15” national day of security, the national security component of political security, social security, etc., has been elaborated, and the public has been guided by a sense of responsibility and purpose for the maintenance of national security, which is “national interest, above all, and national security, for all”。

The second is that deep-tilled civil law forms a “crystalm of rights and interests”. In response to high-frequency human life issues such as neighbourhood disputes, marriage and family, inheritance of property, and high-altitude throwing, which are of general concern to the community, the staff of the institute of justice provided easy-to-understand information in connection with the relevant articles of the civil code of the people's republic of china. By means of “judiciary interpretation”, hard-line laws are translated into living cases around them, hand-in-hand to guide the population in the use of legal weapons to resolve disputes and effectively enhance its ability to use the law to defend its legitimate rights and interests。
The campaign resulted in the distribution of more than 40 copies of legal information materials and 10 interviews with the public。
