The routine maintenance of the forklift is the most common process in the forklift maintenance. Forklift maintenance is divided into four categories, namely, routine maintenance, primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and tertiary maintenance. Daily maintenance is carried out daily, usually after 50 hours of work, after 200 hours of work and after 600 hours of work, after the third level of maintenance。
Forklift maintenance must be institutionalized, standardized and scientifically based on the precautionary principle in order to be properly operational and reliable on a daily basis. Equipment managers should therefore establish maintenance requirements for for forklifts to be regularly scheduled and perform the necessary maintenance work on forklifts to improve their efficiency. Specific maintenance provisions can be consulted as follows:

1 day maintenance, after shift。
Level i technical maintenance, with a total of 150 hours of engine operation, is performed once a year by an internal forklift working less than 150 hours per year。
Level ii technical maintenance, with a total of 450 hours of engine operation, and an internal forklift with less than 450 hours of work every three years and a level ii maintenance every three years。
Ii. Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning of stains, soil and sand from forklifts, with emphasis on: fork frames and door-mount slides, generators and starters, electrode poles, water tanks, air filters。
2. Examination of the strangulation of the departments, with emphasis on: the bearings of the forklifts, the lifting chain, the screws of the wheel, the fixed sale of the wheel, the brakes and the screws of the wheel。
3. Reliability, flexibility of the transducer。
4. Check for leakage, focusing on: pipes, diesel tanks, oil tanks, brake pumps, lift tanks, tilt tanks, water tanks, pumps, engine oil floors, rectangles, speed transformers, drive bridges, main brakes, hydraulic transformers, and turn towards tanks。
5. Tyre pneumatic examination: shortfalls should be added to the specified values to confirm non-emission. Check whether the tyres are broken on the ground and on the side, and whether the wheel rims are deformed。
6. Brake fluids, water volume checks: see if brake fluids are within the scale range and check if they are mixed into air in the brake tube. When adding a brake fluid, prevent dust and water mixing. Clean tap water is used when water is added to the water tank of the forklift and the same anti-frozen fluid should be added if anti-frozen fluid is used. When water temperature is above 70°c, do not open the hood of the tank, and when it is opened, put a sheet of cloth on it, and do not twist the cover of the tank with gloves。
7. Engine oil volumes, hydraulic fluids, electrolytic tests: first extract the oil ruler, then wipe it and then insert it and pull it out to check whether the oil table is between two tics. The oil levels in the work tank should be between the two tic lines; too little oil, too much air in the pipeline and too much spill out of the sheet. The electrolyte of the vials is also to be placed between upper and lower tic lines, or to the top if insufficient。
8. Brake pedals, micro-move pedals, clutch pedals, manual brakes: stepping down the pedals and checking for abnormal retardation or blockage. Hand-made handles should have less than 300 n to confirm the safety and reliability of manual brakes。
9. Checks of belts, horns, lights, meters, etc.: check whether the flaccidness of belts is in accordance with the regulations, no rebalancing or cracking, and must be replaced; the horn, light, instrumentation shall be valid。
10. Release the oil filter sediment。
