Facsimiles are used in daily work, although many friends do not know how to send them, and the way they are used is described below。
How do you send the fax
1. Establishment of fax machines
The first is the need to have the corresponding drive of the fax machine and the required software installed, which is usually presented in the product description of the fax machine and the related downloads。
Once installed, we can select the [start] menu or the [control panel] [equipment and printer] to see [fax] and click on it to set it up. We need to set up a fax number, email, phone number, etc. When you fill in, click " next " , and then we complete the configuration of the fax and click " done " . Windows will then pop up the fax console dialogue box。
2. Transmission of faxes
Click file first to send fax, and we will see the fax send wizard dialogue box。
(1) click " next step " to fill in the recipient's information, consisting primarily of the recipient's name and the fax number, and then click " add。
Click " next " after filling in, there will be a dialogue box for " preparing the first page " , in which we will set the format and information for the first page. Windows systems have their own templates. We can easily design our fax in a template format, click " sender information " and fill in some personal information you think you need。
(2) click " next step " to select the time and priority of dispatch according to your needs。
(3) click " next " to preview the effect of the fax and then click " done " to complete the fax delivery wizard。
Note:
1. When sending word documents or plain text files, you must edit them with word or a writing board, and then click on the file-print-select the fax printer. It will then enter into the fax process described above。
When sending a scanned image, you must also edit it with a tool software and then click on the file -- print -- select the fax printer -- to determine. It would then go into the fax process described above。
This is the method of sending faxes by computer, which was introduced to you by the writer。
