Part i: the contract is as follows:
1. Definition and interpretation
1. 1 definition of contractual terms
(1) “a” means the second party that leases the site and provides technical services

6. Costs of technical services

8. Liability for breach of contract
8. 1 violations
(1) failure by a to pay rent or technical services on time
(ii) unauthorized changes to the site structure or facilities
(3) a side is engaged in activities on the site that are not related to the maintenance of car money
(4) b has not provided technical services as agreed
(5) the breach of other agreements under this contract by either party。
8. 2 liability for breach of contract
(1) if a party fails to pay for rent or technical services on time, it shall pay a delay of five per 10,000 per day to party b
(2) any unauthorized change in the structure or facilities of the site by a party shall be restored to the status quo ante and compensation shall be paid to that party for the resulting loss
(3) if a party engages in activities on the site that are not related to the repair of car money, party b is entitled to demand that it cease immediately and to compensation for the resulting damage
(4) if a party fails to provide technical services as agreed, it shall be liable for the corresponding breach of contract, including, but not limited to, compensation for losses suffered by party a as a result
(5) any breach of this contract by either party shall be liable for the corresponding breach of contract, including, but not limited to, payment of breach of contract, compensation for loss, etc。
8. 3 exemption from liability for breach
(1) the parties are not liable for breach of contract if the performance of this contract is rendered impossible by force majeure
(2) if part of this contract is rendered impossible by force majeure, the parties may agree to vary or discharge that clause。
9. Dismissal of contracts
9. 1 dismissal of contract terms

(1) the non-payment of rent or technical services by a for three consecutive months
(2) either party has violated this contract and has failed to remedy it after being notified by the other party
(3) this contract is rendered impossible by force majeure。
9. 2 dismissal proceedings
(1) a party proposing to terminate the contract shall notify the other party in writing

9. 3 consequences of discharge
(1) after the termination of the contract, party a shall immediately vacate the site and party b shall refund all rent paid by party a

10. Dispute resolution
10. 1 dispute resolution
The dispute between the parties shall be settled amicably and in good faith; if no agreement is reached, it shall be submitted to arbitration by the arbitration commission。
10. 2 dispute resolution bodies
The arbitration commission shall be the designated arbitration body for the chinese arbitration association。
10. 3 dispute resolution procedures
