In the central region, the depth of the land to be planted cannot be less than 100 cm
The northern region must not grow less than 150 cm。

In the south, the depth of the land to be planted cannot be less than 60 cm
In the central region, the depth of the land to be planted cannot be less than 80 cm

In the south, the depth of the land under cultivation cannot be lower than 50 cm
In the central region, the depth of the land to be planted cannot be lower than 60 cm

What if plants don't reach this minimum level of vegetation
There are two simple solutions:
