It continued to develop a “severe, large, fast and equal” system of protection, with the piloting of the country's major intellectual property companies. It was a successful and courageous effort. In 2024, our city received a good number of reviews of intellectual property protection throughout the province。
(i) high-level facilitation to strengthen organizational leadership
The municipal councils and municipalities attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights, and the party's political authorities, which are primarily responsible for gays and the authorities, have repeatedly issued special instructions to promote strategic and general awareness of the importance of building a strong intellectual property market throughout the city. The municipal market supervisory authority has signed cooperation agreements on intellectual property protection with the market regulators of hangzhou city, ningbo city and chuzhou city, respectively; the market regulator of the copper district participates in the cross-regional collaboration mechanism for intellectual property protection of the chinese patent protection association at the county level and receives two cases from the union unit and four cases from the union unit.
