Circular on the regulation of the theoretical examination for licences of aircraft pilots, flight instructors and ground teachers
Since the first revision of the rules for the validation of civil aviation operators, flight trainers and ground trainers of 1 june 2003 (ccar-61), the management of aircraft pilots, instructors and licences in our civil aviation has been transferred to a new management model, which has had a positive impact on flight safety and the development of aviation. As required by the management document md-fs-2004-01, the theoretical examination points of the regional administrations and the examination centres of the civil aviation academy were completed by 31 december 2004, while the new version of the library developed by the flight standards division became operational, which will bring our pilot and instructor licences to a new level. To ensure the smooth implementation of these standards and requirements, this advisory notice is issued. 2. The present advisory opinion applies to all applicants who, in accordance with the ccar-61 department, issue an aircraft driver, a general flight instructor, a ground instructor's licence or class. 3. 1.
