What's an anomaly?
According to the interim scheme for the management of business anomalous lists, developed by the general directorate of commerce and industry, the four types of operational anomalous lists are defined as follows:
If an annual report has not been published within the period specified in article 8 of the regulations, the enterprise does not submit the previous annual report to the business sector from 1 january to 30 june of each year and makes it publicly available through the business credit information publicity system;
(ii) failure to make available information on the enterprise within the period of the order, as required by article 10 of the regulations, i. E. Failure by the enterprise to make public to the community, within 20 working days of the date on which the information was made available, or within the period of time ordered by the business sector, the immediate information to which it is entitled;
3. The disclosure of business information concealing the truth and making false statements;
4. Not accessible through registered residence (place of operation)。
There are four situations in which an enterprise enters the business anomalous directory and is prompted by a clear red mark in the enterprise's credit information disclosure system。

In accordance with the provisional measures for the management of business unusual lists, established by the general directorate of commerce and industry, the procedure for the removal of business unusual lists:
1. Enterprises that fail to submit an annual report as required may apply for removal from the list of operating anomalies after the annual report for the year in which it is not submitted has been added and published;
2. Enterprises that fail to comply with their immediate information disclosure obligations should first comply with their information disclosure obligations and then apply to the business sector for a return to normal recording;
3. An enterprise can register changes of domicile or place of business in accordance with the law, or request a return to contact through the registered place of residence or place of business and apply for a return to normal state of record
Corporate operations:
Business and industry: company registration, change of company, company cancellation, address of company, etc.
Transfer of licences: acquisition and transfer of licences by companies in beijing (discontinuation of licences)
3. Nuclear name operations: difficult names, more urgent names, etc
4. Financial operations: disclosure, replenishment, leverage, etc.
Financial tax operations: accounting for taxes, tax registers, enterprise annual reports, etc.
6- unusual termination of business: abnormal registered address, unusual annual report of the enterprise, unusual tax relief, etc.
